When to move out

You have to empty and clean the apartment. After that it will be inspected by us. All keys and tags have to be returned by 12:00 on the first weekday after the day that the contract ends. 

Inspection

The apartment has to be emptied and thoroughly cleaned before the inspection. If you need help with the cleaning you can buy the service at a fixed price. Please contact us for more information.
 
You have to make an appointment for inspection. Please call us at 060-13 95 00. You have to be present at the inspection and if the apartment is not carefully cleaned or have damages or abnormal weariness we will charge you for that.

Equipment

Everything that belongs to the apartment should be restored.

Storage and garage

Do not forget to empty and clean storage rooms. If you have rented a garage or parking lot make sure that it is in proper condition.

Garbage

Do not place any garbage in common areas, inside or outside.

Also remember to;

• end or move your internet subscription if you have had a faster connection. The internet connection that is included in the rent, the Basic 2 Mbit/s, will automatically end when you move
• end or move your landline telephone
• change address
• change or end your home insurance
• collect a temporary parking permit at our office, if needed

Cleaning

You have to clean the apartment carefully. In shared apartments all common areas have to be cleaned before every inspection (only for StuBo tenants). Please follow our checklist below.

Use detergents that are suited for its purpose. For example the oven should be cleaned with special oven detergent.
