About StuBo

If you are a full-time student at Mid Sweden University in Sundsvall we can help you sort out your housing.

Our ambition is to be the leading supplier of student housing. We have a large selection of different housing alternatives, in addition to a wide range of well-maintained housing areas. On the following pages you will find an overview of the most important information.

StuBo has approximately 900 flats and dormitory rooms in Sundsvall for Mid Sweden University students.

Apply for student accomodation

To apply for Student Accomodation in English please visit the Exchange students page. If you have any questions you are always welcome to contact us via E-mail or telephone. You must be accepted to a course of study at the university as well as have paid the deposit before you can reserve your student housing.

Housing guarantee

All full-time students at Mid Sweden University in Sundsvall are offered a housing guarantee from StuBo.

Rent

All student housing has a 10 month rental period. This means that you do not pay rent for two months of the year. These months vary and will depend upon your moving in date.

A 3000 SEK deposit will be charged prior to reservation.

Broadband

All our student housing has broadband. Broadband costs are included in the rent you pay.

Cable TV

A basic selection of the most common TV channels is included in your rent.
